Perhaps some of you folks out there have stumbled upon this site or community in one way or another, looking for a good regular program or just some more information. I know I myself ran into it through both Google and some loose-friends, whilst reading someone using the word whilst. ( Weird guy. )

So alright, what’s the kicker?

BodyRock.tv is a free website and community, unlike other infomercial based programs that require you to pay for their programming. ( A justified price with everything considered but hey, if you’re smart about it and want to save you can always get equal results for free. ) BodyRock.tv is lead by a woman named Zuzana, who frequently is the lead/star of the work-outs and articles posted on the website.

This goes back to my point and strong belief that no matter what you have, how much time you have, you can get some awesome results in terms of health and fitness if you work hard enough and think hard enough. ( Flex those brain muscles for me. Love it! )

In a site with enormous emphasis and quality invested in its aesthetic appeal, it in no way has been detrimental on the quality of its -workouts-. Not to forget the awesome recipes that get posted from time to time. And you don’t have to be a health nut to make some of these delicious little treats! ( Well. I’m -sort- of a health nut, what do I know? )

I don’t need to say a lot otherwise, it’s another resource, it’s a place for both inspiration, adoration, and activity. They hold your hand in a way, through the videos, but despite the enormous programming knowledge it does lack one thing… ( Not that this site needs it. It’s your job to get it. )

Basic knowledge and technical knowledge on exercise physiology and nutrition and all the biology that goes into this stuff.

It is not a site for someone -just- getting into exercise. It’s high-intensity, interval training in very short amounts of time. You can do variations of their workouts or just -try- and keep up if you’re not over-weight or possess any serious medical problems. But, as always, form is important. Stay safe. ~  There’s almost no free-weight work aside from a sand-bag so it really is almost risk-free but everything should be taken with general caution. That old maxim, ” No pain, no gain. ” It’s necessarily true. You don’t have to work yourself till you feel like you’re about to snap a bone and you have to cry to make good gains. ( I’m talkin’ to you fellas. )

Which reminds me. Fellas. These workouts are not just for the ladies, even if Zuzana is doing them. Try one, and if you don’t look as fine as she does afterwards, haha, well then there you go. ( Getting your butt handed to you by a girl fella’s, if that’s motivation for you… well then you go right ahead and try to catch up to Zuzana there. You have her support. Haha. )

Decide, study, and be integral. You’ll see the results come in, Zuzana isn’t cheating on you and hitting the gym.

And like I said before, she’s not genetically perfect, you can have those abs if you work hard enough and make the right changes. No complaining!
